Restrictions and Prohibited Items Policy

This document sets out restrictions and prohibited items policy (the “PPC”) applicable to every Authorised user. HADID International Services FZE, a free zone establishment incorporated pursuant to the prevailing laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, its branches and/or subsidiaries (the Company), is engaged in Air Freight & Passengers Charters, Aviation Services Coordination and Aviation Consultancy. The Company is a trusted brand name that provides wide array of air and non-air related travel services through its network offices and affiliates globally using its vast experience, know-how, man-power and inventory. This PPC is applicable to every visitor, Authorised User, Unauthorised User, and Persons acting on behalf of owners. Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have meaning ascribed to them in the User Terms and Conditions (the Agreement).

Every Authorised User and Visitor intending to register or post information must go through these terms and conditions and understand the requisite rules. This Portal is intended to serve information relating to the Company’s business along with other features including, but not limited to, guestbook feature, interactive forum, chat and related pages. Visitors and Users (subject to the Company’s applicable policies and further subject to registration) may gain access to such additional information and features which could potentially include posting their information and interests on the Portal.

This Restrictions and Prohibited Items Policy (the Policy) has been devised based on the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Users and Visitors visiting (or; making use of) the Portal must comply with the terms of this Policy. The Company and its Portal administrator reserve all rights to remove, delete, amend or report any User or Visitor to local authorities (in addition to other rights covered under the laws of United Arab Emirates) and/or effect temporary or perpetual suspension of any user account (whether in existence or when such features are launched by the Company) related rights.

In addition to compliance under UAE laws, the Company will add new policies (or; amend current policy) to comply with applicable laws of other countries where the Company operates its business relating to travel services. If you have any questions or concerns relating to this Policy or any other policies in force on the Company’s website, please communicate your questions and concerns to the Portal administrator by e- mail.

The Restrictions and Prohibited Items set out under this Policy cover the following:

Restrictions

The Authorised User hereby agrees and acknowledges not to:

  1. Make any attempt or try to employ any programs, Trojans, applications, nor test the vulnerability of system, network or Extranet;
  2. use any add-ons, application, or software that will lead to system load, email-bombing or crashing;
  3. employ any search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques to ascertain meta keywords, keywords, or website page-rank;
  4. engage in posting any offensive content or content that is illegal in accordance with the Applicable Laws;
  5. abuse/incite/defame the Company, its marketing team, management, Portal Administrator or the Portal; or Authorised Users, advertisers, and sponsors;
  6. infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company and the Portal; and
  7. Engage in any act that will result the Company or Portal Administrator to incur legal liabilities.

Prohibited Items

By default, the Portal is meant to provide services and information only. The Portal (or; the Company) may enter in to agreement with advertisers, sponsors interested in holding an event, seminars or workshops or; with individuals or organisations interested in registering themselves as premium users and this policy applies to each of the above persons including Authorised Users. No person shall list the following Prohibited Items on the Portal:

  1. Arms and ammunitions, Military items, and/or Police related items except if the Authorised User is permitted by the respective government and/or by the concerned authority, in which case supporting documents may be requested by the Portal;
  2. Adult material containing pornography and nudity;
  3. Animal or wildlife products including, but not limited to, livestock except if the Authorised User is permitted by the respective government and/or by the concerned authority, in which case supporting documents may be requested by the Portal;
  4. Counterfeit products, including, but not limited to, counterfeit notes, bullion and diamonds;
  5. Dating internet content other than social networking forums;
  6. Gambling and lottery;
  7. Goods that are embargoed, export surplus or from prohibited countries;
  8. Internet content for hacking and malicious codes; Internet content that is offensive to religion, race or any caste or creed;
  9. Phishing Internet content including spyware;
  10. Providing Criminal know-how or skills in areas including, but not limited to, bomb-making, fraud, lock picking, stalking, selling pirated materials and evading law enforcement;

Any item, goods, or services that are violative of the Applicable Law and/or the applicable law in the Authorised User’s home country and/or the applicable law in the Authorised User’s country and/or the applicable law in the Authorised User’s city of residence.
